Human Resources (HR) staff recruit and hire people for positions across the court. HR ensures employees get paid and have access to employee benefits. The learning and development team oversees training and professional development for court staff and judges. HR staff work with the Court’s labor partners to administer and negotiate Court-employee collective bargaining agreements. They develop and ensure compliance with the Court’s internal policies and labor laws.
