Careers with the Court Legal Services

The Court employs attorneys and law clerks to serve in various capacities. 

Research attorneys and law clerks assist judges with law and motion matters. Probate attorneys ensure that Probate Division filings meet legal requirements and recommend rulings on issues. Self-Help attorneys assist self-represented litigants with completing court forms. Court counsel advises the Court and its judges about their authority, duties, and obligations, as well as legal issues affecting the Court.
