Building Hours

The courthouse is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the Clerk's Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday, except court holidays.

Transportation and Parking Information

General Parking:    Public parking is available next to the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, which is south of the courthouse. Short-term metered parking is available in the area, including on Main Street and Olympic Drive.

Transportation:    Visitors are encouraged to use public transportation when able for traveling to and from the courthouse. The Big Blue Bus operates a wide selection of routes that service the Santa Monica Courthouse and Civic Center. Other carriers, such as the Metro and Culver City bus services, offer routes with either direct or connecting service to the Courthouse and Civic Center.
