Program Supervisors who are included in the High Conflict Parents Resource list fill out an application and provide specified supporting documentation.
If you are a program supervisor who wishes to be included in the listing, please follow the instructions outlined in this section.

Adobe's Web Site.
In order to apply, you must submit the following documents:
- A completed and signed application
- A current resume
- A copy of your professional license
- Security protocol for in-person programs
- Description of the program and a copy of the curriculum
- Submit any statement of details and/or explanation if checked yes for questions 14, 15, or 16
