Note: As case documents are imaged via an automated system, they may occasionally include blank pages. The document download fees are assessed based on the total number of pages in the document image including blank pages.
Each search incurs a public access fee to reimburse the Court for the costs of providing public access to its electronic records in accordance with California Rule of Court 2.506 and Government Code Section 68150(l). The fee you are charged will depend if you sign in as a registered user or as a guest user.
Registered users are charged on a sliding scale. The system will maintain a running count of the number of searches you have submitted for the current month. The counter will be reset at the beginning of each month.
Guest users are charged a flat rate per search.

Note: The above fees apply to each search regardless of the number of results returned by the search. For example, if you perform your first 10 name searches then you would be charged $10.00
