Divorce Judgment Documents Overview
Welcome to the Divorce Judgment Document Order Web Site
The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, in accordance with California Government Code sections 68150 (a) (f) (g), is providing certified copies of records maintained electronically by the Court through this site.
The Divorce Judgment Document Order site allows the public to order copies of divorce judgments without having to visit the Archives and Records Center (ARC). If your Family Law judgment is not available on-line, and if you are requesting a case that had a court hearing on or after January 2, 2018, the document may be available through the Court’s Case Document Images link.
You must have a case number to order through this site. You can search for a case number through the Court's Online Services (Access a Case).
You must pay all required fees using a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card issued to a United States billing address. If your card does not meet this requirement, you may request copies of a divorce judgment in writing, click here.
You will be charged a fee per the Fee Schedule displayed below. In addition, postage and handling fees will apply to your order. See Postage Rates on the left hand menu for more information.

It is your responsibility to check the status of your order by clicking on the "View Order Status" link on the right top portion. The Court will process your order within 3 business days. Please allow additional days for delivery via U.S. Mail. If your order is rejected, the Court will indicate a rejected status via the "View Order Status" link.
