What if I don’t have a case number?
If you do not have a case number, you can search for a case number Click here to search for a case number.
What if I received a message stating that my case has not been imaged?
There are two reasons for this message. If you have a case that was filed or had a court hearing on or after January 2, 2018, your case images may be available through Court’s Case Documents Images site (Click Here). If your case images are not available through the Divorce Judgment Document Order System or the Case Document Images site, send an email the ARCDocs@lacourt.org to request the Judgment to be imaged. In your request, provide the case number, names of the parties, year of the case, and contact information. You will be notified once your judgment has been imaged and is available for order through the system.
How much does it cost?

Can I pay with a check?
No. To order copies with this site, you must pay for all required fees with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) issued to a United States billing address.
May I pay in advance for multiple orders?
No. Each order must be charged individually.
Is this site secure?
The Los Angeles Superior Court maintains a high standard of security on its web site. This site uses a full 128-bit encryption, ensuring that confidential information, e.g., names, passwords, credit card numbers, etc., remains secure.
Can I save an incomplete order and return to it later?
No. Each order must be completed once the order process is started, otherwise you will have to start the process again.
What can I expect after submitting my order via this site?
After you complete the questions on this web site and submit your order electronically, your credit card will be charged for the total fee amount of the order. The Court will display an Order Receipt as confirmation of your payment and order. Print the receipt for your records or make note of the information indicated on the receipt. The Court will mail out your requested document within 3 business days. Please allow additional days for delivery via U.S. mail. It is your responsibility to check the status of your order as the Court will not send notification of rejected orders. You can check the status of your order by clicking the "View Order Status" link on the homepage of the Court Document Order System.
